The Arts
Various research shows how using the Arts can help us. From using our bodies in dance and drama to release traumas we carry to art images being a representation of our feelings. From neuroscience proving neurons in our brain can reprogram themselves through use of the Arts to using the Arts to build better connections with one another. Whichever way you look at it, the Arts can help you. What’s more, you don’t have to be ‘good’ or ‘talented.’ We are diminishing the stigma that the Arts should only be used by the talented. It’s all about the act of doing, and we all have to capability to do.
